We appreciate your interest in our apartments!

Admission is based on three primary factors: Income, Age, and Family Composition.  

We welcome anyone 18 years of age or older to apply.  Students must be able to verify they are living independent of financial assistance from their parents in order to be eligible for our apartments. Senior citizens and those with disabilities are given preference on our waiting list.  

To get on the waiting list: Applicants must submit a completed application to our office located at 307 W 24th St. in North Newton, KS 67117.  Applications may also be faxed to: 316-283-4466.  

Applicants are selected from the waiting list according to preference and in the order received.  

Application Processing: Applicants will be contacted in order to complete the application approval processing as vacancies come open.  All applicants 18 years and older need to provide their State ID.  Each household member must also provide either a  Social Security card or proof of citizenship status.  

Income Limits: Income Limits are updated annually according to data gathered by location.  North Newton is located in Harvey County and is a part of the Wichita, KS HUD Metro FMR Area.

Please be aware that providing false information or omitting information regarding your rental history, criminal history, credit history or income is considered fraud. 

Do not submit copies of ID, Social Security Cards, Income, etc. to the application.  Appointments will be scheduled with applicants at a later time to gather necessary information.
